At 1330 on this date, Patrol Officer Naas and I vieited the Cape Cod super Buffet and met with the manager Bili Cheung. i advised him of the advertis�ment that offered "carry out beer". i advised him that the practice is iJlegal. Mr. Cheung told me that the Board of Heaith had recently adviaed hiin of the problem and that he has sireafly stppped the practice and changed his advertiaement. He stated he did not know it was illeg,al. During our meeting, I noticed that the signs rcgatding drunk driving and drinkir�g and driving were not posted as required by Iviassachusett� law. I advised Mr. Cheung of the matter and he stated he was unaware of the sign requirement end that he did not have any srigns, i advised him of the law and told hixn I would obtain the signs snd del3ver them to him. At 1400, I returned to the Cape Cod Super Buffet and gave the required a�,gn$ to Mr. Cheung. He was cooperative and pla,ced the signs in the proper location. No further actian is required at this time.
