This letter is to ask that you �e m�st carefu� and diligent whenevs� you inspect the Cape Gal
Super 5�.ffsi, 228 Main Street, West Yarm�uth.
We ate Lhers on June 12 at a�out 6�00 pm. Toward thP end of the meal I wsnt to ihP rest room.
After relieving myself and jusf befere leaving the room ! fpl? unusually ill. Within a minuYe my
whole meal was vomited into a bev�! which 1 fiushed -- leaving no p!oblAm to clean. Feeling
drained and weak I returnsd to my w�is and insisted we le3ve quickly ;she said my skin color
was way off). Our hotel was just a minute or two away and ! +.van?ed to sit or !ay down --
assuming 1 couid have further prob!ems. However, 1 vu9S !Ortunflt9 th3t�fhQt9 �9!9 !!O f!�lthgr
s;mptoms or problems.
My belief is that there was someth�ng wrong or contaminated wi±h some part of the buffet. We
made a call to the management that evsning. We wrote a letiPr to the management the next day
(which they claim not to have received;. We s?o�+ped again recently to tel! them to be c?rsfu!
and ai Isasi get an apolegy. They c!aim they have nevsr had a complaint like mine. (In our
lifstime, we h�ve comP to believ? the commeni thai th�s is the only complaint has been an
assurance of others.) Their whole attftu�e �s not to check anything, and since ! did n�t seek
mPd�s21 nP!�, he!!igerenity, not ±e !isten.
I am not seeking a!�y gain excepi to insure±hat r!o or!e ?Ise s+�er has to have the experience I had
�� w.lth ±h?Y h�f�s!. ! did no± overeaY. I was most samp!ir.gise!ec±ive in my choices. ! never had an
�mmediate experience like this be#ore. Semething I ate was wrong o! �or!taminated! I am
