I started cooking 40 yeazs ago and all my friends kept on telling me over the past 20 yeazs to open a restaurant and I said no I don't want the hassle. Last year I found out about private Dinning Clubs/Supper Clubs and that appealed to me. So I checked with some previous boazd members of the town and there was no requirement for them. Under advise I took a Serve-save course to make sure I would handle food correctly and then I started. The premise is simple, I make a menu, estunate the cost of making the meal, and place the cost on my blog. Then I notify my friends that the menu ar menus are posted and if anyone wants to attend they register thru the blog. They show up and we have dinner.
