Please see below. As soon as I have the revised plans, I can sign off on the Building Permit package. Additionally, I will need a completed Title 5 application, $110.00 permit fee, and a Trench Permit#from your septic installer in order to issue the septic installation permit. Our local regulation requires the top of foundation to be a minimum 2' above the high point of the fronting road. If you don't want to raise the foundation another 0.75'+/-, you can list the variance on the plan. Section 3.7 of the Town Code. - 2. Show a Reserve Area. 3. The top of foundation listed in the system profile does not match the elevation on the site view (EL. 25.0 vs. EL 25.5). Correct, as intended. Please call or email with any questions.
