RE: Pool Variance Request
We respectfully request a pool variance for out rental property at 193 Camp
Street, West Yarmouth, MA.
■ The access is limited to renters and guests only
■ Access to the pool is through a self-locking door which only leased
residents have keys to
■ A log of pool users will be kept at the pool entrance
■ The chemical and maintenance is taken care of by Pooltection
■ The water chemistry is tested every day
■ The water is tested; results are acceptable, done by Pooltection.
■ Pooi is inspected by Yarmouth Health Department
■ First Aid and safety equipment are kept of site

■ Pool is in compliance with local and state swimming regulations
