Show the existing waterline Q. Label the Benchmark 3. Provide a Locus Map List the Assessor Map 22 Parcel 305 5. The plan is titled as a "Topographic Site Plan" but there are no contours provided on the site plan. Please add the existing contours or spot elevations in order to compare the septic component elevations to the existing grades of the lot. t.6. Remove the note on Page 2 under Design Data that the system is designed for a garbage disposal. If the owner is installing a garbage disposal, the leach facility will need to be enlarged to accommodate the disposal. The groundwater adjustment calculations were based off of the wrong monitoring well. The correct well to use is MIW-29, Zone A, March 2015 adjustment = 1.1'. The groundwater adjustment should be EL. 86.2 which needs to be corrected on Page 2 in the System Profile. The proposed elevation of the system is still ok with the correct groundwater adjustment. We do not need corrected supplemental sheets. The correct groundwater adjustment information (well, zone, date, adjustment) can simply be 08. P added to the plan. rovide a floor plan with all rooms labelled (hand sketch, not to scale) which will be attached to the septic application for comparison of number of bedrooms existing to the septic capacity. A pipe and stone leach field of the same size (26'x 30') will provide the same leaching capacity and probably be considerably cheaper than the current design of precast and stone. If the leach facility design changes, the plans will need to be revised to reflect that change. Please call or email with questions. Our office will need a minimum of 4 revised plans when the changes are finalized (this number includes the plans needed for the Building Permit application for the proposed garage).
