1.) ALL COMPONENTS ARE TO MEET TITLE 5 MATERIAL AND
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
2.) SYSTEM COMPONENTS ARE TO BE SET ON A STABLE
COMPACTED BASE.
3.) EXISTING SEPTIC TANK IS TO BE PUMPED AND RETAINED.
4.) UNSUITABLE SOILS ARE TO BE REMOVED
BELOW ELEV.49.0, FOR 5' AROUND THE LEACHING AREA
AND REPLACED WITH TITLE -5 FILL SOIL.
5.) DESIGN ENGINEER TO CERTIFY SOILS OF ALL SAS EXCAVATIONS
BEFORE SYSTEM INSTALLATION.
6.) DESIGN ENGINEER TO CERTIFY SYSTEM INSTALLATION PRIOR
TO BACKFILLING.
7.) COMPONENTS ARE TO BE WITHIN 3' OF FINISH GRADE AND
ARE TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1' OF SOIL COVER.
