Hi Steve-
A couple of things on this plan:
Under the design criteria, it looks like you used a template from a different plan. The number of
infiltrator units doesn't match up with the plan view: 16 units vs. 18 units.
� 2. Soil test log —date should be May 13, 2015.
3. Under Variances Required: list the variance request for the groundwater adjustment.
