I have reviewed this plan with Bruce and have the following comments:

�Im��'�W The test hole log shows a note °No Groundwater Observed°— need to remove
�L��. This property will require a 2 bedroom deed restriction because of the variances and the Zone II. Place
���„�� a note on the plan stating the requirement of a 2 bedroom restriction.
3. You are not showing a groundwater adjustment calculation. Bruce would like additional justification
listed on the plan i.e. property within 300' of tidal water body, wetland elevation = ??to compare to the
groundwater elevation proposed.
