Decision 4241 - Floor Plans (Further Revised)TYPICAL NOTES: THE ARCHITECT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VERIFICATION OF THE CONDITION OF ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE, EQUIPMENT OR APPLIANCE AS PART OF BASIC SERVICES UNLESS IT IS PART OF ARCHITECT'S SCOPE STATED IN THE AGREEMENT AND VERIFICATION IS MADE ONLY BY VISUAL OBSERVATION. IF THE ARCHITECT'S DOCUMENTS - REQUIRE CHANGES DUE TO CONDITIONS NOT VISUALLY OBSERVABLE AT THE TIME OF PREPARATION OF THESE DOCUMENTS, THE SERVICES WILL BE ADDITIONAL SERVICES..
