PRIOR TO INITIATION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES AT THE SITE, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENGAGE AN INDIVIDUAL WITH SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND EXPERTISE IN EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL. TOPS OF STOCKPILES SHALL BE COVERED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT STORMWATER DOES NOT INFILTRATE THE MATERIALS AND THEREBY. RENDER THE SAME UNSUITABLE FOR FILL USE. 9.
