CONSTRUCTION NOTES
1. THE LOCATION OF EXISTING UTILITIES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE; HAVING BEEN
PLOTTED FROM BOTH FIELD SURVEY AND/OR BEST AVAILABLE INFORMATION FROM
VARIOUS UTILITY COMPANIES AND PUBLIC AGENCIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
CONTACT AND COORDINATE WITH ALL PROPER AUTHORITIES TO FIELD VERIFY THE
EXACT LOCATIONS, SIZES AND DEPTHS OF EXISTING UTILITIES AND PROPOSED

SERVICE ENTRANCE LOCATIONS, SIZES AND CIRCUITING.
3. SANITARY WASTE PIPING FROM RESTAURANT KITCHEN SINKS, FLOOR DRAINS AND
WASHING MACHINE(S) SHALL BE COMBINED AND ROUTED THROUGH THE EXTERIOR
GREASE TRAP. ALL OTHER WASTE LILIES FROM THE PUBLIC RESTROOMS SHALL BE
CONNECTED TO THE MAIN SEWER AND ROUTED THROUGH THE SEPTIC TANK. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE THE REQUIRED CHANGES TO THE INTERNAL PLUMBING
SYSTEM LAYOUT NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER SEPARATION OF WASTES.
4. PROVIDE A WATER METERING DEVICE ON ANY WATER SUPPLY LINES WHICH ARE
INTENDED TO SERVE EXTERIOR WATER USE FIXTURES (HOSE BIB(S), LANDSCAPE
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, TRASH ENCLOSURE).
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE MCDONALJ'S PROJECT MANAGER WITH AN AS -BUILT
SITE PLAN THAT LOCATES AND DESCRIBES ALL UNDERGROUND/OVERHEAD UTILITIES
LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY. THE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE ALL GAS LINES, WATER
LINES, SANITARY SEWERS, STORM DRAINS, TELEPHONE LINES, ELECTRIC LINES,
SEWAGE AND/OR STORM DISPOSAL SYSTEMS (WHERt APPLICABLE) ALONG WITH ANY
COMPONENT STRUCTURES. UTILITY MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATIONS SHALL BE CLEARLY
DELINEATED; DISTRIBUTION LINES FROM THE BUILDING (WATER/ELECTRIC LILIES)
TO THE SITE ARE TO BE SHOWN ON THE SAME PLAN. FOR ANY ITEM SHOWN; THE
FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE INCLUDED: 1) ACCURATE LOCATION (WITH
