GENERAL NOTES:

AREAS SUBJECT TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OR GREATER
THAN J' IN DEPTH SHALL BE CAPABLE OF WITH-
STANDING H-20 WHEEL LOADS.
5. ALL SEWER PIPE SHALL BE SCHEDULE 40 PVC OR
APPROVED EQUAL.
6. SEPTIC TANK. PUMP CHAMBER AND D -BOX SHALL BE
REINFORCED PRECAST CONCRETE. WATERTIGHT AND
WATERPROOF. D -BOX SHALL BE WATER TESTED TO
CHECK FOR LEVEL WHEN THERE IS MORE THAN ONE
OUTLET.
7. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION CALL 'DIG -SAFE'.
1 -888 -DIG -SAFE AND THE LOCAL WATER DEPT.
FOR LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.
8. SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLER SHALL NOTIFY THE
DESIGN ENGINEER TWO DAYS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION
OF THE SYSTEM TO ALLOW FOR SCHEDULING OF THE
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS.
9. EXISTING CESSPOOL TO BE PUMPED DRY. REMOVED
AND BACKFILLED WITH SAND.
10. ALL UNSUITABLE MATERIAL (0. A/E 6 B HORIZONS)
ENCOUNTERED BELOW THE INVERT OF THE LEACHING
FACILITY TO BE REMOVED FOR A DISTANCE OF 5'
AROUND AND REPLACED WITH SAND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TITLE 5.
PUMP SYSTEM NOTES:
1. PWVP TO BE MYERS RESIDENTIAL SEWAGE PUMP MODEL SRM4 4 PYC
OR EOUAL
2, THE PNVP SHALL START AND STOP AT THE ELEVATIONS SHOWN.
J. THE PUMP $HALL BE INSTALLED IN STRICT CONFORMANCE WITH
THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND TITLE V REGULATIONS.
PUMP DISCHARGE SHALL BE 2 INCHES. PUMP SHOULD BE ABLE TO
BE DISCONNECTED AND LIFTED OUT OF THE PUMP CHAMBER WITHOUT
HAVING TO ENTER THE PUMP CHAMBER.
4. THE ALARM SHALL START AT THE ELEVATION SHOWN AND BE
POWERED BY A CIRCUIT SEPARATE FROM THE PIMP POWER.
S. AN ELECTRICAL PERMIT MUST BE OBTAINED FOR THIS INSTALLATION.
