REMOVED AND/OR BACKFILLED. 10. ALL UNSUITABLE MATERIAL (A 6 B HORIZONS) ENCOUNTERED BELOW THE INVERT OF THE LEACHING FACILITY TO BE REMOVED FOR A DISTANCE OF 5' AROUND AND REPLACED WITH SAND IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 5. 11.
