L CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE PRIMARILY BY THE ACCESS
ROUTE SHOWN. ALTERNATE ACCESS MAY BE. VIA UNCLE
ROBERTS COVE.
2. A SILT FENCE SHALL BE EXTABLISHED ALONG THE WORK
LIMIT WHERE SHOWN PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK ON THE
BUILDING.
3. EXCAVATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THAT NECESSARY FOR
POST AND FOUNDATION COMPONENT INSTALLATION.
4. ALL HARDWARE USED FOR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE OF HOT
DIP GALVANIZED STEEL OR EQUAL
5. ALL TIMBER USED FOR TIIE BOAT HOUSE SUBSTRUCTURE
SHALL BE CONSTRUCTION GRADE, YELLOW PINE, PRESSURE -
TREATED FOR MARINE USE; THE TREATED LUMBER SHALL BE
IN A "DRY -PRESERVATIVE" CONDITION WITH NO
PRESERVATIVE RESIDUE PRESENT.
6. ALL FOUNDATION COMPONENTS SHALL BE BOLTED OR
OTHERWISE CLIPPED TO THE YRA6IED STRUCTURE TO
PREVENT MOVEMENT DUE TO BUOYANCY. CONSTRUCTION
SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE
MASS. STATE BUILDING CODE. LATEST REVISION, SECTION
3107. (FLOOD RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION). SEE BUILDING
PLANS PREPARED BY THE AW HTECT, MALCOLM KENT.
7. CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND DEBRIS SHALL NOT BE
STORED OR DISCARDED ON THE BEACH OR SALT MARSH. THE

DEBRIS AT REGULAR INTERVALS TO PREVENT FLOOD TIDES
