EXISTING 1000 GALLON SEPTIC TANK IS TO BE PUMPED AND RETAINED. INLET AND OUTLET TEES ARE TO 'BE REPLACED
CORRODED. INSTALL RISERS TO WITHIN 6" OF FINISH GRADE. EXISTING LEACH PIT IS TO BE PUMPED AND FILLED.
INSTALL 4" PVC TWO-WAY CLEAN OUTS TO GRADE ON PIPE RUNS OF MORE THAN 50' AS SHOWN.
A 5' UNSUITABLE SOIL OVER -DIG IS REQUIRED TO MINIMUM EL. 37.1 (2C SOIL LAYER. COARSE SAND). DESIGNER SHALL
NOTIFIED FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF TITLE 5 FILL.
