GENERAL NOTES
1. ELEVATIONS REFER TO NAVD88 CONTACT CAPE COD ENGINEERING, INC. FOR
ADDITIONAL ELEVATION INFORMATION
2. PLAN REFERENCE: TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY BY OUTERMOST LAND SURVEY, INC.
DONALD POOLE, PLS.
3. THE BUILDING SITE IS WITHIN COASTAL FLOOD ZONE AE WITH FLOOD
ELEVATION =11.
4. ADDED FOUNDATION AND ENCLOSURES BELOW BASE FLOOD SHALL MEET THE
FLOOD CODE PROVISIONS OF THE MA BUILDING CODE.
5. A SILT FENCE SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE LIMIT OF WORK PRIOR TO ANY
OTHER WORK ACTIVITY. THE SILT FENCE SHALL MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS
OF THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION.
6. FOUNDATION WORK INVOLVES SHALLOW DEPTH "FROST WALL"
CONSTRUCTION. EXCESS EXCAVATED SOIL FROM FOUNDATION AND OTHER
MASONRY STAIR WORK SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.
7. DEBRIS AND CAST OFFS FROM CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PROPERLY CONFINED
IN A COVERED TRASH RECEPTICAL AND DISPOSED OF OFF-SITE.
8. UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, THE AFFECTED GROUND AREAS WITHIN
THE WORK LIMIT AND ELSEWHERE ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS SHALL HAVE THE
SOIL AMENDED WITH ORGANIC MATERIAL, BE RAKED LOOSE AND SEEDED WITH
A SUITABLE COASTAL LAWN GRASS SEED MIX.
