UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, THE AFFECTED GROUND AREAS WITHIN THE WORK LIMIT AND ELSEWHERE ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS SHALL HAVE THE SOIL AMENDED WITH ORGANIC MATERIAL, BE RAKED LOOSE AND SEEDED WITH A SUITABLE COASTAL LAWN GRASS SEED MIX.
