To Whom It May Concern:
Regarding the following application for licenses permits,the Food Manager's Course has been taken by
our President,J. David Perna on December 3, 2015 in a class conducted by ServSafe in New Bedford,
MA. The Certificate takes 10 business days to be available. The exam session number is: 1725744. I
will be checking on the internet every day and as soon as it is available, I will bring it right down to you
Also we need to take the Pool Operator class. At present the pooi is not in"use at all, and we are not
sure whether it will be available to our guests this season. I have called and will be registered for the
Spring classes for the Pool Operetor's certificate. The earliest class will be held in Falmouth, MA on
April 12& 13`"and the registration information and forms are being sent to us. We will of course keep
you posted as to when the certificate is done and will bring it to you at once.
