I have reviewed the plan and given a copy to Conservation for review. Some of the issues that will probably ;
come up on Conservation review:
1. Top of coastal bank—Kerry may require a justification of its location since it does not appear to be the
first break in slope above the 100 year flood zone
2. Work limit line shown on plan ,
3. Clarify the Benchmark is NAVD88 ',
4. Provide setbacks from wetland edges to the septic system
5. Provide the elevation shots of the saltmarsh edge for us to compare to our standard groundwater EL. '
2.5 NGVD for that wetland system '
The realtor has emailed me for a status report. I will be responding that it is still under review by Conservation
and I have passed some questions on to you for clarification.

Hi David- '
I have reviewed the plan and have passed it on to Conservation for the agent's review. There are some i
questions I have passed on to the engineer for clarification and will do the same with any comments from
Conservation.
