HomeMy WebLinkAbout2015 Nov 05 - Emails to D.Meyer, RS and D.Hendrick with Marked up Plan •g, r vonHone, Amy i From: vonHone,Amy ' Sent: Thursday, November 05, 2015 10:19 AM ' To: darren meyer Subject: 28 Charles Street Darren- I i I have reviewed the plan and given a copy to Conservation for review. Some of the issues that will probably ; come up on Conservation review: 1. Top of coastal bank—Kerry may require a justification of its location since it does not appear to be the first break in slope above the 100 year flood zone 2. Work limit line shown on plan , 3. Clarify the Benchmark is NAVD88 ', 4. Provide setbacks from wetland edges to the septic system 5. Provide the elevation shots of the saltmarsh edge for us to compare to our standard groundwater EL. ' 2.5 NGVD for that wetland system ' The realtor has emailed me for a status report. I will be responding that it is still under review by Conservation and I have passed some questions on to you for clarification. Amy Amy L.von Hone, R.S., C.H.0.
