Do you have a name at the Bank of America that I can address the deed restriction to? I am going to
need a signature on the deed restriction for the recording. There was a realtor at the test hole who '
seemed to be in charge of the estate but I don't know what her name is. I can forward it to her for
processing but I will still need a responsible party for the restriction.
