- fran the provisions of Regulation of Title 5 of the ;
State-�nvisorunental Code and/or fn�zn Section 3.7 of the 'IbHm of Yar- '
mouth Ame.nc3m��ts for a Subsurface Sewage Disposal S�isten, and having deter- '
mined that strict enforcanent of the aforeqnentioned regulations/sections in
this instance would do marLifest injustice and, further, that your requested
variance does not conflict with the spisit of the State F�-ivironme,ntal Code or �
the Ta�m of Yarnnouth AmP�nts, has hereby granted the variance, which shall �
beccn� effective thirty (30) days fran the zbave date, after notice of the
grant has been filed with the Departrnent of Envirormiental Q�.zality Enqineering, �
or, on July 20, 1987 The variance(s) herein granted ;

In granting this variance the Town of Yarniouth will not be responsible for any �
water damage to the foimdation, septic systen or adjoi ni r,Q lots.
