On March 3, 1986� the Board of Health of Yarmouth voted to grant the variances that ,.
qou requested from the Town Amendments to Title 5 for Lot 2, Carrie Lane, South Yarmouth. ;
In the Town of Yarmouth, any variance granted by the Board of Health expires ninety �
days from issue. As of this date no application for a building permit has been received i
from you. �

Therefore, when and if you decide to proceed with construction on this lot, please be advised [
that you will have to resubmit your application for variances in writing to the Board of k
Health for their review and approval.
