Dear Mr . Wilkins :
As you may recall , we reported to you some difficulty with
the drain-off from your property . Although we have had a
mild Winter , the one or two times when we had rain then
subsequent freezing reminded us the problem still exists .
After each storm , a veritable lake is in the driveway .
I ' m sure the lack of trees and the land grade at the back
of your house have lead to suciden accumulations vrhich can- �
not be handled by the drainage system .
I ' d appreciate it if you ' d re-examine your backyard and
do what you can to rectify the situation .

The grade of your property is causing the rain water to
flow into our driveway car�ting with i� a considerable ,
amount of silt , etc . The end result is an accumulation
of dirt , etc . in the driveway and drainage system . ,
I would appreciate if this could be rectified as soon
as possible .
