My research only turned up a subdi�ision plan datec� March 1974 which shaws a 20' drainage easemer��. I cannot find
ar�ything that indicates what is in the easement. I have included Riek deMello in this email only that he might recall
somethir�g about this.
I rnigf�t suggest tha�you check to see if there are certified plat plans for either side of easement as they
sorr�etirnes show easements, particularly as this one shc�ws up an the ariginal subdivision plan.

Could you confirm for me if the drainage easement that straddles the side property line of 72 Seminole Drive
' actually has drainage structures in it? The GIS map shows an easement but there does not appear to be any
� structures.

j I have a septic upgrade proposed for 72 Seminole but the engineered plan does not show an easement.

a There appears to be a 20' wide drainage easement running along the southerly side property line and ending
; in the wetlands behind the house. I have checked with the Engineering Dept. who has confirmed there is a
# drainage easement but can't find any documentation indicating there is any drainage in the easement.

! I have attached copies of the marked up plan and a copy of the GIS map which shows the drainage easement
� and also the drainage structures located elsewhere on the street.
� The revisions that will be needed are:
� 1. Show drainage easement(surprised Terry didn't find anything in her research since it shows on the
� subdivision plan) and setback from leach facilifiy. Also state there are no drainage structures within
easement.
= 2. List Maximum Feasible Compliance Variances: TOY wetland setback, Title 5 foundation setback
� 3. Provide PLS stamp
