DESIGN ENGINEER TWO DAYS PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION
OF THE SYSTEM TO ALLOW FOR 'SCHEDULING OF THE
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS, THE FOLLOWING INSPECTIONS
ARE REQUIRED
- WHEN EXCAVATION IS CAfPLETE. FOOTINGS TO BE STAKED
- INSPECT FOOTING AND REBAR PRIOR TO POURING WALL
- INSPECT CLEAN FILL PLACEMENT WITHIN WALL

1. PUMP TO BE MYERS RESIDENTIAL SEWAGE PUUP MODEL SRM+ + PVC INLET
OR EQUAL.
2. THE PUMP SHALL START AND STOP AT THE ELEVATIONS SHOWN.
'J. THE PUMP SHALL BE INSTALLED IN STRICT,` CONFORMANCE WITH
THE MAMUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND TITLE V REGULATIONS.
PUMP DISCHARGE SHALL BE 2 INCHES. PLW SHOULD BE ABLE TO
BE DISCONNECTED AND LIFTED OUT OF THE PLMP CHAMBER WITHOUT
HAVING TO ENTER THE PUMP CHAMBER.
