Hi Pete-
I am going to require the pump chamber to be waterproofed and the pump chamber will require an electrical
permit. I can write those notes on the plan. Also, the top of the system sand elevation on the system profile
did not get changed from your last template (should be around EL. 100.2 +/-).
The deck appears to be over a portion of the septic tank. Do you remember the height of the deck and the
accessibility of the tank covers? The tank covers must be accessible.
Are any other Health Departments requiring a deed recording at the Registry for the Remedial Use Presby? I
was reviewing the DEP approval letter and I am interpreting that the Presby is considered a patented sand
filter which will require a deed recording because of the remedial use.
Everything else seems to be ok on the plan. Let me know what information you have for the deck and if a
recording is needed.
