Dear Mary:
This letter acknowledges that you as the owner of One Center Street Inn,
Yarmouth Port MA, have surrendered the Lodge, Food Service and
Common Victualer Licenses required by the Town of Yarmouth Health
Department to operate the property as a bed and breakfast. The effective
date of cancellation of these licenses was December 1, 2015.
If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the
Health Department at the telephone number printed above. The office is
open on Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
