" Middletown, Reservation Procedure & Cancellation • The Inn is Non Smoking; there is a designated area for smoking outdoors. • Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise indicated and includes a continental breakfast from our Centre Street Coffee House. • State and local taxes of 9.7% are in addition to the room rate. • Each additional person is $25 per night; where applicable. • A minimum stay of 3 nights for holiday week- ends and a minimum stay of 2 nights for peak season weekends. • Deposit of 50% is required for all reservations of 3 nights or more. • Reservations of less than 3 nights, full pay- ment due at time of reservation. • Advance deposits may be made by check, money order, or Credit Card. • Advance deposit guarantees room reservation for entire visit. • Upon receipt of deposit, written confirmation of room and travel directions will be sent. • Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancella- tion is received a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. • Cancellation notice of less than 14 days, refund is subject to rebooking entire reservation. • The Inn is appropriate for children over 8. • We are not suitable to accommodate pets. • We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks and cash. • A $20 processing fee per room applies to all refunds regardless of reason or amount of no- tice. Suite accommo- dates up to 4 people and is great for couples who want a private romantic getaway or small families that require extra space and do not want to be limited to a single room. Refrigerator in room. DOANE ROOM - Named after the original owner of the Home back in 1824. This elegant room is redone in Historic Colors, Queen size bed, fluffy, thick comforter, silk drapes; decorated with a Greek flair. Refrigerator in room. This room has a Private Bath with shower. COGSWELL ROOM - Small intimate room, yet very elegantly decorated in a English Garden theme, with Queen Size Iron bed, hand made quilts, and stenciled furnishings. This room is se- cluded, and provides a Private Bath with tub and shower. Sure to please those who love quaint rooms. PHILLIPS ROOM - Elegant room completely re- done with Historic colors. Large room with Full Size Mahogany Poster Bed and a Day Bed that converts from one to two Twin Beds or one King size bed. Great for families. This room has a pri- vate entrance to the bath shared with the Brewster room. BREWSTER ROOM -This is Robert's favorite guest room. Full size Antique Pine Bed with net- ting overhead, fluffy, thick comforter, all Pine Fur- nishings, and a floral rug. The room is decorated with a nautical flair. This room shares a bath with the Phillips room. Cable TVNCR, AC, CD Player/Clock Radio, Iron and Ironing Board in all rooms.
