Re: One Centre Street Inn ����!

It appears that there aze more vialations involved with One Centre Str�et Inn than were
previously addressed (see my letter dated March 6, 2003; I gave you a copy yesterday.) It seems
that they are advertising "Cape Cod Lobster Boil" dinners to the public and offer a menu that
includes a glass of wine. There is also a "Cape Vineyard Wine Tasting" event scheduled' for
future reference. Jim Brandolini is following up on sign violations, zoning violations and the
possibility that they a.re still renting out more rooms than they are allowed, even after Mr.
Brandolini issued an opinion based on a Boa:rd of Appeals decision. I �vill be dealing with the
various Health related issues but I do not believe.they have a Liquor;Li�ense to offer wine to-
guests or host"Wine Tasting" events to the public.
As always, I will keep you informed and updated as information is collected.
