RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE GREAT
ISLAND HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION.
MAIN HOUSE AND GUEST HOUSE ARE CURRENTLY
SERVED BY A COMMON WELL DRILLED IN 1997.
TURN OFF MAIN HOUSE WATER SERVICE PRIOR TO
DEMOLITION. INSTALL NEW WATER LINE AS REQUIRED
TO EXTEND WATER SERVICE INTO NEW HOUSE.
SALVAGE ALL SPECIFIED MATERIALS FROM EXISTING
HOUSE PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. DEMOLISH EXISTING
HOUSE, REMOVE ALL DEMOLISHED MATERIALS INCLUDING
MASONRY FOUNDATIONS FROM SITE AND DISPOSE
OF IN A LEGAL MANNER.
SCRAPE ALL LOAM IN AREAS AFFECTED BY NEW HOUSE
AND STORE ON SITE FOR FINISH GRADING. CONTRACTOR
SHALL FINISH GRADE SITE PER CONTOURED SITE PLAN
AND LOAM AND SEED AREA SURROUNDING NEW HOUSE.
