2. FOUNDATION DESIGNED FOR CONFORMANCE
WITH PROVISIONS OF FEMA ZONE AE (FIRM
25001C0558J) DATED MAY 3, 2013 AND THE
STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS OF
MASSACHUSETTS STATE BUILDING CODE, 8th
EDITION.
4. CONCRETE SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM 28 DAY
COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF 3,000 PSI.
5. REINFORCING STEEL SHALL BE ASTM A185
GRADE 60 DEFORMED BARS.
6. NO FOOTING SHALL BE PLACED IN WATER OR ON
FROZEN GROUND.
7. NOTIFY THE ENGINEER OF ANY FIELD CONDITION
