The relief sought is by Speeial Permit pursuant to By-law§202.5. The Petitioner wisely sought the Board's approval before proceeding with her planned remadeL and construction of the basement area of her residence. The Board universally sapported t�e requesied relief, with conditioris. I�Io one spake in apposition to � the Petition nor were any Exhibits received. � F � Motion was made by Mr. Palmer, seconded by 1wlr. Neitz, to approve the Petition on the fallowing , t ' ' conditions: 1) The Fetitioner abtain State approval privr to cornmencement of the child care services and file with the Board a copy of her � State issued Certificate; . 2) That the Petitionerprovide the Board with a floar plan of the basement area showing perimeter dirnensians; 3) 'fhat the hours of operatian af the Day Care be timited to 7:.30 A.1vI. to 6:OQ P.M.,Monday through Friday;and � 1 �. j 4) That the rear yard be fenced in prior to conducting day care services. � Upon this Motion, the Board voted unanimously in favor and the Special Permit was, therefore, � granted. No permit shall issue until 20 days from the filing of this decision with the Town Clerk. This decision must be recorded at the Registry of Deeds and a copy forwarded to the Board of Appeals. Appeals from this decision shall be made pursuant to MGL c40A section 17 and must be filed within 20 days after filing of this notice/decision with the Town Clerk.
