Plans are ok other than not meeting breakout at the lower elevation of the lot. You may want to draw in a liner
along the edge of the 5' removal. I have notified the Building Department about the apartment in the basement
which doesn't seem to have permits on file for it. The septic is not limited to size since you are not in a Zone II.
I will advise when I hear back from Building.

' House was built with four bedrooms, existing house has 5 bedrooms which includes a separate apartment in
the basement (walkout). Septic is being upgraded to handle the 5 bedrooms. I will make note that the finished
basement is grandfathered based on correspondence in the file dating back to 1992.

Another bedroom/extra apartment discrepancy for a house that is being sold and upgrading the septic
system. My septic can be sized appropriately without bedroom restrictions. I can't find any paperwork
indicating a legalized apartment in the basement.

On Aprii 1, 1992, at 2:00 p.m., an inspection was made of the above lxation.
Present at this inspection were Forrest White, Building Insi.�ector,
Richard Eiass�tt, Plumbing and Gas Inspector, and myself.
Be advised that we have determined that a second living uriit exists and that
the tenant is paying for the owner's use of gas as fuel for domestic ho� water
and heat. This is a violation of 105 CMR 410.000 - State Sanitary Code�
Chapter 'II - Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation,
Section 410.354 - Metering of Electricity� and Gas. (See my notice of
� March 20, 1992).
Please adjust your records to show the property owner as custaner of record.
If you wish further veriticati.on, you may contact the Plumbing and Gas .
Inspector, and/or have a gas company representative visit the property.
