Hi Danny-
I have reviewed the plan and have a couple of comments for changes if you haven't sent out final copies yet. I
have not received an installer application yet.
1. Provide the bottom elevation of the proposed liner used to mitigate the foundation variance
setback. The bottom elevation should be at least the same elevation as the basement floor.
2. Show the setback distance between the leach facility and the full foundation in addition to the setback
shown to the bulkhead. It is easier for us to justify allowing the setback variance knowing the actual
separation distance to the full foundation is greater than listed in the variances section.
3. Add a note that standard tees (not manufacturer's tees that come with poly tank) are to be used. We
have been having an issue with the tees that come with the tank—in order for the top of the tee to fit
under the tank cover, the manufacturer includes a tee with a 90 degree sweep that lowers the top of the
tee. This, unfortunately, pushes the tee invert under the water elevation in the tank.
Call or email with questions.
Thanks, Amy
