� SeWe� Svsiem We have completed the preliminary design of the septic system for 8 Fillmore Road,
� designs West Yarmouth. It is a 2 bedroom-sized leaching facility and is contained within a
� concrete retaining wall off the right rear corner of the house. The mound over the
leaching facility will be about 4' above existin�grade due to the high groundwater
inspections elevation encountered as part of the test hole procedure (not unexpected). We will be
requesting a variance to the groundwater adjustment as part of the approval procedure
� ��m�ts (otherwise the system would be over 6' above grade).

� There is a choice in positioning of the leaching facility due ta the fact your lot is laxge
enough to allow fill to be brought in and create a mound which would be graded out,
� much like man of your neighbors in this area. By spreading the mound out, it avoids

the need for the retaining wall. This spread-out mound would take up most of the lot
to the right side of the house (between the house and Gill Avenue—see enclosed plan).
