SUBJECT: Sewage Repair - 60 Ice House Road
OWNER: Alfred A. Baker
On April 1, 1985, the Board of Health granted a variance request to ;
allow the existing failed cesspool to be repaired by the installation
of a new septic system consisting of a 1,000 gallon septic tank and
2 flow diffusers, all located 85' from wetlands, as determined by
myself (sketch enclosed).
I feel the system, in its present condition, requires an emergency
repair for the protection of the public and environmental health,
as the present situation is a detriment to the above. �
