RE: Health Department Permitting Fees—Virginia Street Subdivision
Dear Leedara:
Please find enclosed the original checks submitted by your office for payment of the Title 5
septic permits for 7A—7F Virginia Street. Since the submittal of these payments, the Board of
Selectrnen has voted to waive a portion of the permitting fees for the entire project. The Health
Department will be waiving permitting fees for two of the homes for a total of$220.00. Due to
the age of the checks, I am returning the checks for your records since they were not processed
when originally submitted to our office.
To simplify the process for payment of the upcoming permits, your septic installer is submitting
the permit fee along with the Title 5 application for each lot in place of the checks I am returning
to you. My office will keep track of each lot as it is permitted to insure that two of the lots will
have the fee waived.
I apologize for any confusion and please feel free to ca11 or email me with any questions. My
number is 508-398-2231 X1240. '
Sincerely, '
y L. von Hone, R.S., C.H.O.
ssistant Health Director
