GENERAL NOTES:

2. VERTICAL DATUM IS ASSUMED, FOR BENCH MARKS

3. ALL CONSTRUCTION METHODS AND MATERIALS AND
MAINTENANCE OF THE SEPTIC SYSTEM SHALL
CONFORM TO MASS. D.E.P. TITLE 5 AND LOCAL
BOARD OF HEALTH REGULATIONS.
4. ALL SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS LOCATED UNDER
AREAS SUBJECT TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OR GREATER

5. ALL SEWER PIPE SHALL BE SCHEDULE 40 PVC OR

PRECAST CONCRETE OR APPROVED POLYETHYLENE.
BOTH SHALL BE WATERTIGHT, D -BOX SHALL BE WATER
TESTED FOR LEVEL WHEN THERE lS MORE THAN ONE
OUTLET.
7. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION CALL -DIG-SAFE'.
1 -888 -DIG -SAFE AND THE LOCAL WATER DEPT.
FOR LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.
8. ALL UNSUITABLE MATERIAL (FILL. A 6 8 HORIZONS)
ENCOUNTERED BELOW THE INVERT OF THE LEACHING
FACILITY TO BE REMOVED FOR A DISTANCE OF 5'
AROUND AND REPLACED WITH SAND IN ACCORDANCE
WITH TITLE 5.
9. NO DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE AS TO
COMPLIANCE WITH DEED RESTRICTIONS OR ZONING
REGULATIONS. IT SHALL REMAIN THE CLIENTS
