Hi Pete-
The 1997 system is still valid and can be used to replace the current failed system. They can do a remove and
replace of the primary or install the reserve. Either way, it looks like some type of removal will be required—it
the reserve is installed, any contaminated material within 5' of the new system will need to be removed. ;

an upgrade design was approved by your department in April of 1997. The plan shows a reserve area. Can the �
; owner use the plan on record and install the same system in the reservre area without any additional engineering
