The Yarmouth Board of Health has received your application for a Variance from -
the provisions of Regulation --- of Title 5 of the State Environmental
Code and/or Section �_� of the Town of Yarmouth Amendments for Subsurface
Disposal of Sewage.

�Having detercnined that strict enforcement of the above Regulations in this '
instance would do manifest injustice, and further, that your requested variance ;
_ dces not conflict with the spirit of the State Environmental Code or the
' Regulations of the Town of Yarmouth Amendments, the variance is hereby granted j
on this date �uiy g, 1992 � as follows:
A variance to allow the top of foundation to be 2. 8 feet below the :
high point of the fronting road. The variance in granted based on '
exact foundation height as determined in field by surveyor and
shown on the "As-Built° Plot Plan by R.J. O'Hearn dated 6J30/92.
The top of the foundation is at elevation 19.5. The high point of
fronting road is at elevation 22. 3. This is a total variance of
4. 8 feet from the required 2 feet above the high point of the
fronting road.
You must provide a 3/4 inch negative grade for fifteen feet surroundir.g the
foundation.
You are hereby advised that the variance granted herein will expire in 90 days '
frcm date of issue unless all work authorized by said variance has been '
co�leted prior to the date of expiration.
In granting this variance the Town of Yarmouth will not be responsible for any
water damage to the foundation, septic system or adj 'ning 1 .

Top of foundation is at elevation 19.0. This is a total variance of 3.8 ,
feet from the required 2 feet above the highpoint of the fronting road.
You must provide a 3/4 inch negative grade for fifteen feet surrounding the
fouridation.
You are hereby advised that the variance granted herein will expire in 90 days
from date of issue unless all work authorized by said variance has been
completed prior to the date of expiration.
In granting this variance the Town of Yarmouth will not be responsible for any
water damage to the foundation, septic system or ad'oining lots.
