Will there be an on-site manager(s)? Would need to see a fioor plan of the house, listing the rooms and there uses. Did the building inspector say you need a guest house, Inn, Group Home or a type of license? Food staff and kitchen would need to meet the food service code. I would recommend a meeting with the building inspector and myself to discuss your proposed program. Bruce G. From: Brenda Trierweiler [mailta;btrierweilerCstudhame_.arg] Sent: Monday, March 24, 2014 1:11 PM To: Grylis, Mark Cc: Eliza Crescentini Subject: Zoning by-laws Importance: High Good Afternoon, Mr.Grylls- I am writing to you for information regarding the zoning of the property located at 22 Lewis Ave.,West Yarmouth. I believe our Director of Buildings and Grounds, Eddie Rodriguez, may have spoken to you about this property. As Mr. Rodriguez may have told you,we are a Springfield based, non-profit organization, founded in 1865 to provide educational, residential and family services to those whom most need it. We currently operate three group foster homes, two in Springfield and one in Falmouth. We are looking to move our Falmouth program to Yarmouth. This program, known to some as Cape START, houses 8 girls, ages 13 to 18,who,for a myriad of reasons, cannot live with their families at this time. These girls attend public school, play sports, have part time jobs and are involved in the community. Our website is below for you to read more about our organization and programs. I understand this property has previously been zoned for a bed and breakfast,so I am relatively certain our program should also be a good fit for the neighborhood. If you could please just let me know whom I should contact to obtain the approval for operation in that location,we can move forward with the realtor. Thank you so much for all of your help and please do not hesitate to contact me if you should have any additional questions. 2
