�J Please be advised that we have re-inspected the sub-surface sewage
disposal system ( see our letter dated 12/6/83 for original inspection )
for the above referenced lot. We find that the system as installed
is still intact and functional , and that no settlement of the structures
has occurred.
Enclosed please find copies of the original site plan marked
" As Built ".
