Havir�g det�ezmiried that strict enforoanent of the above Regulatioa�s in this in-
stanoe would do manifest injustioe, ar�d further, that your requested varianoe
does not oanflict with th�e spirit of the State E�virorn�ental Coc3e or the Regu-
lations of the Zbwn of Yaaro�th Am�nts, the varianoe is hereby granted on
�s �� OCTOBER 17, 1984 , as follvws:
To allow a siu (6) month eatension of the Title 5 Subsurface Se�vage Disposal Construction
Permit.
The Subsurface Sewage Disposal System has been installed according to the Engineered
Plan. However, at this time the system is not in operation at this time. The foundation
has been poured.
You are hereby ac3vised that the varianoe granted herein shall expire in 6 mon s
fran date of issue imless all w�rk authorized by said vari.anoe has ba�n oaR�leted
prior to the date of expiratioa�. �
In granting this varianoe the Ta.� of Yainr.x�th will nat be respansible for ar�y
watex d�tiage to / foundation, septic systHn or adjoining lots.
