Dear Mr. Bruno:
An inspection was conducted on October 24, 1983 , at the above
location, in regard to the installation of the subsurface sew-
� age disposal system. It was noted, during the inspection, that
you had not stripped the materials, from around the system, for
the entire 25 feet (right side =' �cross property line) , as re-
quired, and so stated, on the engineered plans prepared by Low
and Weller. In order for certification to be issued for the in-
' stallation of this system, all such _materials must be removed
per requirements.
The engineering firm of Low and Weller must then certify, in
writing to this department, the elevati.on of the system and that
all materials have been removed for the entire 25 feet surrounding
the system.
