NECESSARY TO INSURE SUCH PROTECTION.
CONTRACTOR SHALL SITE INSPECT ALL EXISTING VS. PROPOSED
CONDITIONS PRIOR TO AND DURING CONSTRUCTION AND NOTIFY DESIGNER
OF ANY DESCREPANCIES AND/OR CHANGES THAT MAY BE ENCOUNTERED.
CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN TEMPORARY WALLS/
SHORING ETC. TO MAINTAIN/PROTECT EXISTING HOUSE AND STRUCTURAL
INTEGRITY OF EXISTING HOUSE,
CONTRACTOR SHALL SITE INSPECT/VERIFY ALL EXISTING VS, PROPOSED
CONDITIONS PRIOR TO AND DURING CONSTRUCTION AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS
AS NECESSARY TO INSURE COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN PARAMETERS AS
WORK PROGRESSES.
CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD VERIFY ALL WINDOW ROUGH OPENINGS PRIOR TO
ORDERING WINDOWS AND NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.
ALL SIDING AND FINISHES SHALL MATCH EXISTING.
ALL EXTERIOR TRIM DETAILS SHALL MATCH EXISTING.
