ARE SHOWN. LOCATIONS AND
ELEVATIONS OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
TAKEN FROM RECORD PLANS. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL'VERIFY SIZE,
LOCATION AND INVERTS OF UTILITIES '
AND STRUCTURES AS REQUIRED PRIOR
