OUTLET SHALL BE AT LEAST THREE FEET BELOW THE SURFACE. 3. THE OIL/WATER SEPARATOR MUST BE FILLED WITH CLEAN WATER BEFORE USING AND AFTER BEING EMPTIED FOR PERIODIC CLEANING. 4. BOTH VENTS SHALL BE EXTENDED INDEPENDENTLY 18" ABOVE ROOF, OR AS APPROVED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, AND THE AUTHORITIES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. 5. ALL CIRCUITS, MONITORS, PROBES, AND ALARMS SHALL BE TESTED ANNUALLY BY A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER. TEST RESULTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ELECTRICAL NOTES 1. BELOW FINISHED GRADE ABOVE AND ALONG THE LENGTH OF ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUITS. 2. FURNISH ALL MATERIAL AND INSTALLATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRICAL CODE AND ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES AND ORDINANCES. OBTAIN ALL NECCESARY PERMITS AND PAY ALL FEES FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. 3. ALL WIRE SHALT_ BE INSTALLED IN RACEWAY. NO CONDUIT SMALLER THAN 3/4 IN- SHALL BE: USED. ALL CONDUCTORS SHALL BE COPPER. WIRE FOR POWER CIRCUITS SHALL BE TYPE XHHW. WIRE FOR CONTROL CIRCUITS SHALL BE #14 AWG, STRANDED, TYPE THWN. 6.
