RE: Poultry Violation-Board of Health Hearing—Majewski/CJpton- October 18,2010
Dear Mr.Murphy,
We are in receipt of your letter dated October 8,2010 regazdi.ng the violation at 29
Gingerbread Lane,Yarmouthport regarding non-compliance of poultry regulations.
As abutters to the properiy where the violation occurs,we wish to address our concerns in
writing as we will be unable to attend the hearing scheduled for 5:00 PM tonight.
1. We are concemed over the possibility of predators such as coyotes, skunks,
raccoons, etc.,being drawn to the property and thus the surrounding
neighborhood.
2. We aze concemed with any health risks to humans(especially respiratory)that
may be realized due to the close proximity of the coop to surrounding homes.
3. Should the Board of Health and other Town agencies agree to grant any variance

along the property line between 25 and 29 Gingerbread Lane,from a point in line
with the southeast comer of the gazage(29 Gingerbread)running west to the back
