Hello Phillip-
I will try to send you the certificates tomorrow (I'm not working tomorrow and I can't scan at home),
but if not tomorrow, it will be Monday. I am purchasing soup containers from Webstaurant.com- see

For preparing the chicken, I will be cooking/roasting in the oven at the commercial kitchen facility in
Yarmouth until the internal temperature reaches the appropriate temperature, then cutting it up and
adding it to the soup ( will not be cooking it in the soup). I have a cutting board for poultry only, and
always wear disposable gloves when handling raw chicken (as I do for handling everything).

Hi Phil-
I talked with Bill and Stefanie Wright and they verified that they do have sanitizing test strips and they
use "food grade" bleach. The dilution rate is listed in the label as seen in the attached photo. proper
dilution rate is 150 to 200 ppm.
Also attached are my ServSafe and Alergen certificates. Please let me know if there is anything else
you need to proceed with my application.
