I have a cutting board for poultry only, and always wear disposable gloves when handling raw chicken (as I do for handling everything). I hope this answers your questions. The dilution rate is listed in the label as seen in the attached photo. proper dilution rate is 150 to 200 ppm. Also attached are my ServSafe and Alergen certificates. Please let me know if there is anything else you need to proceed with my application.
